1.Characteristics:

JH-3800 highway, bridge specila joint silicone sealant belongs to RTV-1, quickly curing speed,

Neutral curing, use to highway, bridge joint sealing, excellent adhesion to concrete, marble, and some kinds of metal materials.

Mid modulus, excellent movement capability, Excellent resistance to low and high temperature change., excellent resistance to high pull or stress,

Excellent resistance to weather, the service life is over 50 years in the condition of general weather;

Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants;

2.Purpose:

For highway joints sealing, water proof sealaing;

For all kinds of bridge uses joints;

For sealing in marble (granite),concrete, tile, metal panel materials ect.;

Many other building & Industrial uses.

Standard JC/T 881-2001  Concrete building uses joint silicone sealant

5.Restriction of Usage

Cant be used as structural sealant;

Unsuitable for the airproof location, because it is required to absorb moisture in air to cure for the sealant;

Unsuitable for the frosty or moist surface; when application on the bridge, the concrete surface should be totally dry;

Unsuitable for the continually soggy or moist place

Cannot be used the product, if the temperature is below 4°C or above 40°C on the surface of the materials
