Detailed Product Description

JH-3880 belongs to RTV-1, expediently application between 4~40°C to alcoxy curing system, expediently application between 5~50°C to oxime curing system.

Neutral curing, non-corrosive to glass, coated glass, concrete, marble, metal (not including oxime curing system) and most kinds of plastic etc;

Quickly speed of curing, excellent adhesion, middle , excellent movement capability;

Excellent resistance to weather, the service life is over 50 years in the condition of general weather;

Excellent resistance to low and high temperature change. Little changes of performance at -40~150°C;

Excellent adhesive to most common building material, Special material will have better adhesive with priming;

Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants;

Belong to non-dissolvent product, low vulcanization shrinkage and green environmental protection product.

2.Purpose:

For weather sealing in glass curtain wall joints;

For weather sealing in aluminum , enamel curtain wall joints;

For sealing in marble (granite),concrete, tile, metal panel materials ect.;

Many other building & Industrial uses.

Standard JC/T 882-2001 Curtain wall sealing silicone sealant

5.Restriction of Usage

Cant be used as structural sealant;

Unsuitable for the surface of all kinds of material that can effuse grease, plasticizer or solvent;

Unsuitable for the airproof location, because it is required to absorb moisture in air to cure for the sealant;

Unsuitable for the frosty or moist surface;

Unsuitable for the continually soggy or moist place

Cannot be used the product of alcoxy , if the temperature is below 4°C or above 40°C on the surface of the materials; Cannot be used the product of oxime , if the temperature is below 5°C or above 50°C on the surface of the materials.
