QA/QC Introduction
Our quality control department is divided into 2 groups – a Testing Center and Quality.The testing center comprises of a raw material lab, silicone unfinished product lab, polyurethane unfinished lab and finished product testing lab. In contrast, our quality group is made up of a workshop testing team and ISO9001 quality team.
All of our labs have complete sealant testing machines including a electronic tensile machine, water-UV aging tank, high and low temperature tank, shore LX-A sclerometer, rotating adhesive meter and other related equipment.
It is the responsibility of the quality control department to test sealant quality before shipment.
